Throughout 2019, the University of Lorraine has gradually set up a steering committee dedicated to the opening up of science with the aim of defining and implementing its policy in this area. Its constitution has been entrusted to a project manager appointed for the occasion under the responsibility of the Vice-President of the Scientific Council, with the support of the Vice-President for Digital Technologies in charge of infrastructures and information systems.
