Our bibliometric services
The bibliometric services offered are the result of a collaboration between the Documentation Direction (DDOC) and the Delegation for Piloting and Quality Assistance (DAPEQ).
Its staff offers to accompany you to :
- Establish bibliometric reports at the level of a research unit or a scientific cluster
- Identify potential collaborations with researchers or research units in your field
- Have an overview of collaborations in your research unit
- Improve the referencing of your publications: unification of authors’ names thanks to identifiers and profiles (e.g. ORCID, IdHAL, Publons,…), identification of structure name variables (in the Web Of Science)
- Improve the visibility of your research structure through communication to the general public
- Train you in the major issues of bibliometrics
- Make you aware of international rankings, their construction and interpretation
- Train you on the Web of Science and related tools, such as Journal Citation Reports or Vos Viewer
However, this service is not intended to calculate impact factor or h-index indicators, as these are too unrepresentative of the real impact of the research.
