On May 26, 2023, the “Open Science” Steering Committee approved the creation of an “Operational Committee” responsible for defining, proposing and monitoring the implementation of the university’s policy on opening up research source codes and softwares. This committee includes researchers, documentation engineers, IT specialists and legal and intellectual property experts.

The committee, which held its first formal meeting on June 16, 2023, has already set its sights on a wide range of issues: taking stock of codes that are already open, identifying practices and tools, setting up training and events, etc.
