In the spring of 2022, the University of Lorraine defined a set of good publication practices for its academic community, including the encouragement not to resort to the payment of publication fees (APC), a position also adopted by the CNRS in April 2022. The University of Lorraine is now pursuing the development of its scientific publishing policy by specifying the approach it intends to adopt with regard to the agreements signed with scientific publishing houses.
