The Open Publications Operational Committee (COPO) of the University of Lorraine, whose objective is to define the orientations of our institution on the opening of publications, has issued a series of recommendations that have been validated by the Open Science Steering Committee of the University and then presented to the Scientific Council and to the management of scientific poles.
