Since 2018, the Université de Lorraine has been providing increasing financial support for initiatives promoting open science. The development of this support fund has been made possible by the reallocation of funds freed up by the cessation of the UL’s subscription to the Wiley bundle of journals.
The total amount of this support will reach €105,000 in 2025. Several of these grants are part of the Couperin consortium’s open science support protocol and the SCOSS international programme.
