Since November 10, 2021, UL has its own repository for research data, DOREL (DOnnées de la REcherche Lorraines), allowing researchers to store and distribute their datasets.
This one-hour online workshop proposes to learn about the main features of this tool and how to make a first deposit. It will be offered on a regular basis.
DOREL is open to the entire scientific community of the University of Lorraine. Any researcher can deposit his or her completed research datasets (tabular or non-tabular data, images, sounds, surveys, videos, etc.) at no cost to the researcher or laboratory, and assign public metadata and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to enable their use and citation. The deposited data can be open and public or on the contrary benefit from a restricted access, and shared at will, in accordance with the legislation in force.
The first two sessions are scheduled on the following dates:
- February 1st at 10am
- February 24th at 10am
To register, simply send an email to: donnees-recherche@univ-lorraine.fr.
