In November 2020, a brand new bibliometric service offering, common to the university libraries (Documentation Direction) and the Delegation of assistance to piloting and quality (DAPEQ) was set up. A first assessment after 6 months already showed an intense activity. After a full year of operation, the team wanted to conduct a satisfaction survey among its users.
